I was so skeptical of ordering my dress, it did take about 2 full weeks to get to me. I reached out to Customer Service through email and voiced my concerns and they reassured me in a timely manner. I ordered this dress and a hair piece. The dress was EXACTLY how it looks, the material is not cheap feeling, I used custom measurements and make sure you put in the exact numbers they do a great job at being exact tailoring. Perfect job.! The hair clip was also good material, not cheap but the price was.! Win Win.
